The ideal starter set for any budding microwave chef, learn to be an expert microwave cook using the Master Chef.
Inverted, the Domed Cover makes a generous casserole (using the tray as a lid) or handy mixing bowl. The tray collects fats and juices for sauces and also serves as a useful small quantity dish. The rack allows the drainage of fats and juices and raises food for all-round microwave penetration (essential in all microwave cooking).
Microwave Potatoe
The Masterchef produces the perfect microwave potatoe every time. Our free microwave recipe book will give you the exact microwave time for perfect results. Three rules to produce a perfect microwave potatoe-
1. Potatoes must be covered for the full microwave time and standing time
2. Trust your microwave time as shown in the free microwave recipe book. Do not lift the lid and allow the microwave steam to escape.
3. Allow to stand for 3 minutes after to microwave cook time
Produce great microwave potatoe recipes like baked potatoe, jacket potatoe, stuffed potatoe, Potatoe bake, potatoe casserole or my favorite – cheese potatoe.
Micro-Rack. Raises food from the oven floor to allow all-round microwave penetration and separation of fats and juices.
Micro-Tray. Use in conjunction with the rack to collect fats and juices - perfect for gravy and the handy pouring spout makes serving easy.
Dome Cover. Use on its own as a useful mixing bowl, plate cover or splash guard. With the Micro-Tray as a lid it becomes a 4 litre casserole dish and a perfect microwave steam cover
